This is for the ones seeking a deeper understanding of themselves within the dance, the ones wanting freedom in their interpretation of the music, to explore who they are on stage, to let go of the shoulds and get in touch with their essence and what truly wants to expressed through them
This Project started in 2023 out of the curiosity and the need to explore the triggers and transformation that happens in an improvisational space where surrendering, deep listening and awareness are key elements of the experience
