Step into the vibrant world of Saidi, one of Egypt’s most joyful and energetic folkloric dance styles! Originating from Upper Egypt (El Sa’id), Saidi is known for its earthy movements, playful spirit, infectious rhythms, and expressive use of the assaya (cane). In this workshop, you’ll explore both the cultural roots and the movement language of this beloved folkloric style while developing confidence, musicality, and authentic expression.
